Homemade in NJ - Chicken Cutlet Platter

This is a chicken cutlet platter. It has homemade chicken cutlets, salad, and mashed potatoes. I think that the chicken is tender but, crunchy and one of my favorite homemade meals. The salad is great and has great flavor. The mashed potatoes top it all. They're creamy and soft and one of the best sides I ever had. I give this dish a 5/5.
