Homemade in NJ - Spinach Frittata

This is a spinach frittata. It's pretty self-explanatory. It's eggs, spinach, onions, Parmesan, and mozzarella. I think that this was great. It was cheesy and the spinach was fresh. Usually I'm not a fan of eggs, but this was great. So if I'm ever going to make eggs, I would want a frittata! I give this dish a 5/5.
