Today, I prepared my Mom’s famous eggplant parmigiana for the first time! It has been one of my favorite meals for years and I am so happy that I made it and it came out just as good as hers!
Yo Frankie, I think you and your mom should have a cook off , start with some appetizers like those zucchini fritters and stuffed zuke flowers, sausage and pepper,eggplant parm and chocolate peanut butter lava cake!
