Homemade in NJ - Sausage and Pepper Sub

This is a sausage and pepper sub. It has a San Gennaro style sausage with cheese and parsley incorporated in. My dad grilled the sausage himself. I also put 2 slices of American Cheese. I love the tenderness of the sausage and the amount of flavor it has. The peppers gave it even more flavor. The cheese melted immediately on the warm sausage which made it great on the doughy bread. I give this sandwich a 5/5.
