Las Vacas Gordas - Steakhouse, Miami, North Beach

These are the appetizers from Las Vacas Gordas. First we have a Chimichurri sauce. This is a spicy dip that they serve with the bread. I think that this sauce has good flavor, but the texture is a little weird. Next we have the Pure De Papas (Mashed Potatoes), These are really good, they're soft and savory and great with meat juice. Finally we have the Tomarela. This is mozzarella with tomatoes with a balsamic sauce. I myself am not a fan of the sauce, but I do think that the tomatoes and mozzarella taste good and fresh. Overall, I give these appetizers a 4/5.
