Zinburger - Wine and Burger Bar, NJ

This is a lobster burger. It has a CAB Patty, Maine Lobster, Smoked Mozzarella, Old Bay® Aioli, Butter Lettuce & House-Made Chips. The burger was juicy and complimented the cold lobster in this sandwich. The juice of the lobster and the patty created an amazing flavor. The cheese melted on the burger was great as well. The Old Bay® Aioli had amazing flavor on the toasted bun. The chips were crunchy and seasoned very well. I give this dish a 5/5.
